In a world that often faces division and hardship, the Love and Blessing Virus Foundation stands as a symbol of hope, compassion, and unity. Founded with the vision of spreading love in every touch, this initiative by the Philippine National Police Officers’ Ladies Club Foundation, INC goes beyond law enforcement—it is about bridging hearts and transforming communities.
On this special occasion of International Women’s Day, we dedicate our appreciation to a remarkable woman—Mary Rose Marbil, the wife of PNP Chief Rommel Marbil. As a supportive partner and an inspiring figure in her own right, she embodies the strength, grace, and dedication that define empowered women. Behind every great leader is a strong and compassionate woman who uplifts, nurtures, and contributes to the greater good. Mrs. Marbil’s presence and unwavering support serve as a testament to the vital role women play in both the home and society.
This Women’s Month, we celebrate not just her but all women who continue to inspire, lead, and make a difference. May we always recognize and uplift the women around us, ensuring their contributions never go unnoticed.
A Movement of Love and Service
The Love and Blessing Virus Foundation believes genuine care and kindness can heal wounds, build trust, and foster lasting peace. While the PNP is traditionally seen as enforcers of the law, this foundation, headed by Mary Rose Marbil, highlights their role as protectors, caregivers, and partners in nation-building.
Through outreach programs, humanitarian aid, and community engagement, the foundation ensures that every person they reach feels the warmth of service and the power of love.
One of the foundation’s recent efforts occurred in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), where communities have long faced challenges due to conflict and economic struggles. So far, the foundation has visited 17 regional offices and provided aid to more than 500 beneficiaries.
In a heartfelt outreach initiative, PNP personnel and volunteers provided aid to hundreds of families, offering essential supplies such as food, medicine, school materials, and livelihood support. The event not only addressed immediate needs but also strengthened trust between the police force and the community.
A mother from the region shared, “This is the first time I have seen police officers not just enforcing the law but genuinely caring for us. It gives us hope that we are not alone.” These words reflect the profound impact of the foundation’s work—breaking barriers and building connections.
